Gotu kola

Gotu kola, or Asian umbilical cordgrass, is a medicinal plant native to Asia and contains various bioactive compounds, including triterpenoids, asiaticosides and flavonoids, which are responsible for its effects on the human body.

Gotu kola supports cognitive functions such as memory, learning, concentration and mental performance. It improves cerebral circulation, promotes nerve cell regeneration and reduces stress and anxiety.
